JHC Advisors is an independent advisory firm focused on the Aerospace, Defense, and Government Services sectors - providing financial advice globally on significant mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, financings and capital advisory to corporations, partnerships, institutions, and governments. Founded by James (Jay) H. Caldwell in 2020, leveraging his more than 35 years of sector related experience - from his deep transaction experience on Wall Street as a leading advisor to his clients, as well as his practical experience from his service in the US Navy.
